Our marketing concepts are simple. We primarily distribute our software by mail. Our self-teaching documentation manuals are easy to learn from and consequently save you extra costs for training. We do offer free initial training seminars at our office in West Palm Beach. A call to our office will tell you when we will be holding our next training seminars.

A demonstration disk is available for your examination. If you don't already have one, feel free to contact our office to obtain one free of charge. Likewise, if you would like to know what dealers in your area already have our software we will be happy to provide you with referrences.

System hardware requirements are simple for Cybernetic software. You may purchase your computer hardware from anyone you wish. We also sell hardware but do not insist that you purchase from us. We have included a minimum hardware system requirements list, followed by a recommended hardware requirements list. We offer our software for use on DOS, CONCURRENT DOS, and WINDOWS based systems. We will be pleased to assist you in selecting the right system for your needs.

We can offer assistance in the selection of your hardware if you want advice. Please be aware that our recommendation of a Dot-matrix printer is only because so many forms for DMV and Finance are pre-printed and are often multiple part paper, thus requiring an impact printer.

We provide 90 days of free telephone software support. For a modest fee, you can subscribe to our software support agreement and receive assistance throughout the year. Software Support is already included free in Software rental agreements.

Just rent for a few months and then buy the software that best fits you. All rentals have automatic customer support included in the low monthly price. If you choose to purchase, monthly software support is available for a low annual charge. We are only as far away as your telephone when you have software support questions. As the State changes its rules and laws, software support keeps you in step. As new innovations are added to our system, you get them swiftly. We work for you to stay current with the state.

You do not have to buy your computer from us if you already have one or would prefer to purchase it locally. We do sell computers, as well as software, but we respect your right to purchase where you wish without pressure from us. Our prices are competitive, and our quality is superb. You may purchase outright, rent or lease your computer and/or your software.

If you have a software agreement with us, all you have to do when the state DMV changes one of its forms, is call us and ask for the revised print format. We do not send them out automatically because DMV does not immediately distribute new forms to local dealers and Tag Offices. They generally wait until you and your local Tag Office have used up all of your old forms. That may mean many months before you actually need the new forms.

If you receive a supply of forms that do not line up on your computer, call our office and request the appropriate "Form File".
