ADTI shipping policy is simple. All shipping is handled by UPS, and only ground shipping is available. Our shipping charge consists of a $5 handling fee. No other mark up is added to the shipping calculation. Orders will be shipped with in 1 business day of receiving the order. For any concerns with shipping please contact adti@mvdti.com .
ADTI return policy is simple also. We will accept any product return within 30 days of purchase. Unless the product is defaced, damaged or otherwise compromised, the customer will incure any costs to return the product to ADTI (within the outlined 30 days). No returns will be accepted outside of the 30 day window.
